Working Together - Succeeding Better!
The idea behind the project "Working Together – Succeeding Better" is rooted in our desire to create and implement a comprehensive, beneficial for all athletic federations Development Strategy for European Athletic Federations, mutually developed by the consortium, based on and promoting common values, non-discrimination and gender equality through sport. The Strategy would provide a roadmap for enhancing internal administrative procedures and competencies, through education and training on 3 main pillars:
Good Governance; Human Rights & Integrity; Sustainability.
The main activities include:
• Education and training of Strategy Builders
• Creation and implementation of the Strategy at each federation
• Setting up digital multilingual modules for the main stakeholders involved
Sustainable results:
• Raising the capacity of participating organisations to work in a European dimensionthrough a multilateral partnership promoting innovative practices and common EU values
• Creating and implementing the Strategy in every federation of the consortium
• Developing, launching and disseminating digital multilingual modules for all relevant stakeholders
